Songs and set lists

The band generally pick between 25 and 35 songs from our current set list, although we encourage client input. We also encourage first or last dance requests. Due to our busy schedule, requested songs not listed on our set list will usually take a little time to prepare, so please give us some prior warning! Should you wish to make more than two special requests, there may be an additional fee. See our current repertoire on the music page.

The Dance Floor Fillers generally play sets of 40 minutes to one hour with short breaks in between. Set length and number of sets are agreed prior to the event. We are extremely flexible and so more than happy to cater for irregular set lengths.

PA and lighting

The Dance Floor Fillers can perform with or without staging, in or out of doors. If the event is to be outdoors, we require that the performance area and power sources be fully protected from the elements. For optimal performance, we request a minimum set-up area of 14'x8' and at least two power points.

The Dance Floor Fillers provide a professional, industry-standard PA system and lighting which is suitable for most venues - the cost of which is included in the price.

Set-up

Set-up and sound-check takes the band approximately one hour. You will not need to provide any equipment.

Clothing

The Dance Floor Fillers dress to fit the event. At your discretion we can wear shirts-and-shoes, casual, DJs or even something different.

Health and safety

All of our equipment is fully PAT tested. All electrical equipment and instruments are positioned as safely and as neatly as possible.

Cost

Every event is different, therefore our fee will vary depending on factors such as where your event is and how long you would like us to play for. Please feel free to contact us and we will endeavour to find a price that you are happy with.

After booking

Once a booking is confirmed we like to keep in touch with you. At the very least, event details are reconfirmed one week before the event.
